Its been a while

So August is my downtime, but I'm glad to say I'm back out with the camera.

I wanted to capture the heather while it was still in bloom so the Peak District would be a good location choice.

All we needed was good light, but this didn't arrive until the day's end. the positive thing was that we had a tip-off about a new location, so we went to scoop the area.

After spending a couple of hours in this location, we needed to top up with food, then off to the last location of the day, Higger Tor...
